UPDATE:
I FIXED MY 360, I didnt use AS5 for the first time, then I used and didnt screw the heatsinks too tight and it worked :)
I did the x-clamp fix, at first I had 2 rlod then I remvoed once washer and tightened the screws, and now I have 3RLOD, sometimes it starts to boot, only if I start it with the dvd-rom button, any idea what can I do or what is wrong?

XBOX E74 XCLAMP FIX

Got the E74 error for no reason, MS wanted �60 for a fix that was only gonna cost me �5. E74 is hardware falire. but this video shows in my case the x-clamp fix on order will fix my Xbox360.
